Billing
How the money works.
What counts as a minute?
Time the AI spends actually talking to someone, on a call or in a chat, rounded to the nearest second. Ringing, voicemail and spam calls it hangs up on don't count.
What if I go over?
Extra minutes are charged at your plan's rate — and every account has a spend ceiling switched on by default, set to one month's subscription. Hit it and we tell you rather than quietly billing on.
Can I change plan?
Up or down, any time, effective immediately. We pro-rate the difference — you never pay twice for the same days.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Deliberately: a setup fee is the reason most people never get round to trying this. You're up and running the same day, for nothing.
Do I need a card to trial it?
No. Fourteen days, everything switched on, no card. If you don't come back we don't chase you.
What about VAT?
All prices exclude VAT, added at the standard UK rate. Give us your VAT number and it's on every invoice.
